Dawson’s Peak develops and hosts large scale, adventure-related projects around the world that are undertaken by our sponsored athletes. These projects are designed to enable viewers to draw parallels between themselves and our athletes. Personal challenges may be specific but effort and commitment are universal.
Dawson’s Peak seeks to inspire individuals to recognize that responsibility gives one’s life meaning and that discipline/dedication beget true freedom. We all possess a tremendous ability to develop ourselves. With such development, we contribute more not only to our own lives but also elevate all those around us. Each of us has a duty to pursue this development.
Dawson’s Peak is a 501(c)(3), public charity (Federal Tax ID 83-1584127). Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.
Project Seven for Soldiers
Project Seven for Soldiers is an attempt by our sponsored-athlete Matt Dawson (“Dawson”) to set seven world records. Activities will include: multiple polar expeditions, global mountain climbing, a global circumnavigation flight, an oceanic crossing and a desert traverse. Activity information will be made available as each phase is undertaken. Stay connected to see where in the world Dawson pops up next and what he’s up to!
100% of net proceeds from Project Seven for Soldiers will benefit the Gary Sinise Foundation and Hope For The Warriors as they provide comprehensive support to meet the critical needs of military veterans and their families in their transition from military service to civilian life.

- Mojave Crossing: Based on available records, Dawson is believed to be first person to complete a solo, unsupported trek across the Mojave Desert and Death Valley.
